I didn't want to do any low back intensive exercises to make sure the front squats don't hurt my back. I kept getting an intense pressure in my head that was very uncomfortable...I've never felt like that lifting before. If the front squats don't irritate my back I'm going to start doing them exclusively for the near future...hopefully they'll make my weak core stronger.
